Obtaining Fisch Candy is one of the most important parts of the Fischfright 2025 event. Quite a few of the new Fischfright Rods require Candy! The Halloween event in Fisch is only available for a limited time, so make sure to log in and participate before it ends.

How to Get Fisch Candy

There are multiple ways to obtain Candy in Fisch! When you first arrive in Crook’s Hallow after speaking with the Flying Dutchman NPC at Moosewood, you automatically get a Candy Bucket.

Trick or Treating

One way of getting Candy is by knocking on the doors of Crook’s Hallow residents. As you wander around the Halloween location, you can find multiple houses with interactive doors. Knock on the door and wait for someone to answer it. They’ll either Trick or Treat you, which both reward you with Candy, albeit you might get a little bit more when they say Treat!

Frightful Crates

Catch Frightful Crates and open them to obtain Candy! While not confirmed, the usual amount of Candy players get via this method is between 5 and 10, though it may be more. To get Frightful Crates, you must fish in Frightful Village. To increase your chances, you can use a Magnet as bait. It has no other preferences!

Complete Quests

There are various quests to pick up around Crook’s Hallow by speaking with NPCs. These quests entail catching specific fish, sometimes with certain mutations. Upon completing each of these quests, you obtain Candy as a reward! Depending on the difficulty of the quest, the Candy you get increases.

Witch Cauldron

By collecting Witch Ingredients and putting them into the Witch Cauldron in Crook’s Hallow, you earn Candy! To get these Witch Ingredients, you need to wait for an in-game message that lets you know a Goblin has spawned in a random location.

Luckily, the location is disclosed in the message, so you can head straight there. After speaking with the Goblin, they give you an easy task, and once complete, they give you a Witch Ingredient.

What is Candy Used For in Fisch?

Candy is the main currency during the Fischfright 2025 Halloween event. You can spend Candy at the Flying Dutchman’s shop to purchase fishing rods and more. You passively earn Candy as you progress through the event, but some of the prices in the shop require you to farm quite a lot of it!
