How to Win Uma Racing Races
Winning races in Uma Racing is the game’s main goal! But it can take a bit of practice to master the mechanics. That’s why you need to keep the best strategies in mind.
Best Strategies
Acceleration
Your acceleration needs to remain on the white bar during a race. If it is not on the white bar, you are more likely to use up an increased amount of Stamina.
If you’re keeping your acceleration efficient, your speed does not slow down. Accelerating too much depletes your Stamina quickly. While it may be tempting to go full speed straight away, it’s best to manage it carefully, reserving your Stamina for when it’s most needed.
Stamina Management
As mentioned in the Acceleration section, you need to manage your Stamina. Long paths, especially those that are straight, are the best moments to replenish your Stamina.
Increasing your speed means you use more Stamina, so you need to find the best moments to slow down a little. It may seem counterintuitive, so lower your speed for a few seconds, but it’s useful in the long run.
When is the Best Time To Use Stamina?
While you’ll be using Stamina during the race, it’s the final part that matters the most. At this point in the race, you need to give it all you’ve got. To smartly plan around this, you can try to replenish as much Stamina as possible before that last turn.
It’s all about timing, too. Don’t panic and go full speed because you’re nearing the finish line. Note how many players are ahead of you, how far away the fine is, and how much Stamina you’ve got left.
Slipstream
Slipstreaming is an ability that lets you replenish some Stamina. To do this, you need to run directly behind another player. I don’t recommend staying there too long, though, as you need to try and get ahead.
