Chaos has emerged in Fisch due to Merlin’s experiments, and as a result, you need to complete the Fisch Merlin Quest and help him find the Shards. Is this magic the only otherworldly thing happening in Fisch, or Are Aliens Coming to Fisch, too?

How to Complete The Fisch Merlin Quest

To begin the quest, make your way to Sunstone Island and find Merlin. You can find him at the top of Sunstone by climbing up the ladder, or following these coordinates: X: -945.1, Y: 223.1, Z: -986.8.

Merlin used to sit in a small hut, but that has now been destroyed! When you speak to him, he will explain that he was ‘trying to recreate a Cosmic Relic with an Enchant Relic with his Magic Orb’. As a result, he dropped the orb, and it broke.

Finding The Shards

Merlin will ask you to bring back Shards in exchange for a reward. You can get these from Rifts, which appear at random. Luckily, you will get a server-wide notification telling you a Rift has opened and where.

Sadly, they can appear anywhere, so we can’t give you a specific location to find them. However, they are easy to spot, as they are large portals.

A great tip is to equip the glider, as you can travel faster and fly around to look for one of these Rifts. Remember, they can spawn anywhere, so when you get the notification, hurry and find it! They will disappear after a while, and you will need to wait for another to spawn.

Rift Obby

When you find a Rift, walk inside, and the game will teleport you to an obby. You need to complete this in a short amount of time, so make sure you are quick! After you complete the obby, you will obtain x1 Shard. Keep in mind that if you die in an obby, you will not be able to enter the same Rift, and you will lose money for dying as well.

Rewards

For each Shard you give Merlin, you will get a reward. At the moment, we’re still finding Shards and figuring out the rewards! Make sure you check back, as we’ll update this post when we find out the rest. We can confirm the following:
