To unlock Morale Chant, you need pages of Morale Change. In fact, you need all of the Morale Change pages available in the game.
How to Get Morale Change Pages
You can purchase some of these pages from various merchants across the map. But you can also find Morale Change pages in random locations.
These pages are also available as potential drops when opening chests and defeating enemies. One specific merchant that sells Morale Pages is Tang Bao. He sells them for 500 Echo Jade and is located close to the Blissful Retreat Boundary Stone.
What is Morale Chant?
With Morale Chant, you have an 80% chance of gaining a stack of Yi River whenever you deal damage or replenish HP. Yi River increases your Healing by 1% and your Physical DMG by 1% for 8 seconds. You can gain a maximum of five stacks of Yi River!
Upgrading Morale Chant
When upgrading with Breakthrough Enhancements, you can apply additional effects to Morale Chant. You need to spend Notes to upgrade from each tier.
Tier 1
- Physical Penetration increases by 2 for every Yi River stack
Tier 2
- Your Physical Attack increases depending on your current Solo Mode level
Tier 3
- The effect of Yi River increases when controlling the enemy target. For each Yi River stack, your DMG and Healing increase by 2%
Tier 4
- The chance of Yi River activating changes from 80% to 100%, and lasts for 12 seconds
Tier 5
- Direct Critical Rate increases by 4.6%
Tier 6
- When Yi River has the maximum number of stacks, the ability attacks or heals an extra time every 10 seconds
