After checking out these Star Savior Teams, I recommend taking a look at my Arcana Tier List. It ranks all Arcana cards in Star Savior from best to worst.
Star Savior Teams
If you’ve got a whole bunch of characters in Star Savior, but you don’t know what to do with them, it’s time to experiment with team builds. Of course, some characters aren’t worth adding to team slots, so we can ignore those for now.
Best Team Builds
The best teams are comprised of the strongest characters. I’ve ranked them in my Star Savior Tier List, including all the characters mentioned below. Each team mentioned in this guide features those within the A-tier and S-tier.
- Emily, Frey Noble Princess, Asherah Waltz of Starlight, Lacy
With Emily being a Defender, Frey Noble Princess being a Caster, Asherah Waltz of Starlight filling the Support role, and Lacy being a Ranger, this is an all-around supportive team.
Having a Caster and a Ranger on your team keeps your offensive characters at a safe range. At least one Defender and one Support are a great addition to any team. I recommend having a Support on all of your teams, to be honest.
Defenders aren’t always necessary, especially if you have strong offence characters. Supports can be a game-changer in terms of healing abilities and providing buffs.
- Bunnygirl Charlotte, Bell Rhys, Bunnygirl Claire, Elisa
Elisa fills the role of the Support character in this team, and with the strength of the two Bunnygirls and Bell Rhys, you don’t need a Defender. Bunnygirl Charlotte is an Assassin, making her quick on her feet and deadly in damage.
Bell Rhys can stay out of the fray as she attacks at range. This doesn’t make her completely safe, though, but the enemies will be focusing on those who get up close. Bunnygirl Claire is the Striker, there to deal serious damage output.
-
Haydee, Kyra, Muriel, Frey
Shaking things up, this team includes extra defences with Haydee and Frey’s Support capabilities. Muriel attacks at range with her casting abilities, whilst Kyra strikes as the designated Assassin. As you can probably tell, I’m a fan of a balanced team. I feel much more confident if I have a Defender and Support together.
How Team Builds Work
There are four slots in each time, with space for two Front Row characters and two Back Row characters. Building teams is one of the most crucial parts of Star Saviour, especially for clearing content.
Ideally, you’re keeping an eye on the elements of each Savior. I tend to focus on the roles to keep a balanced team, such as always including a Support no matter what.
I do want to finish off by saying you don’t have to follow my team builds. If you don’t have the characters listed above, or you already have your favourites, then that’s fine, too. Make sure to redeem Star Savior Codes, as they may grant you some free summons, giving you an extra chance to get your faves.
Whilst the ‘meta’ exists, it doesn’t mean you have to adhere to it. It just so happens that my favourite character, Kyra, is a top choice in terms of overall strength.
