Let’s get into it.

Bite by Night Classes Index

Customer

The default Class awarded to all new players who join the experience for the first time. Due to its oversaturated frequency, the Customer Class offers very elementary buffs and isn’t the main choice for many players.

  • Price: Free
  • Sprint Speed: 24
  • Abilities:
    • Pizza: Heals for 20% of the player’s current HP.
      • Keybind: Q
      • Cooldown: 25 Seconds.
    • Drink: Gain a temporary speed buff to evade the killer. Applies a temporary slowness debuff when it ends.
      • Keybind: E
      • Cooldown: N/A

Fighter

Not going down without a fight? This may be the Class you’re looking for. The Fighter Class wield an axe, which they use to whack the killer, applying temporary stuns, helping themselves and teammates evade an untimely demise.

  • Price: 600 Scraps
  • Sprint Speed: 24
  • Abilities:
    • Swing: Lunge at the killer and strike them with the axe, applying 5 seconds of stun and three random effects depending on the parry charge.
      • Keybind: Q
      • Cooldown: N/A
    • Parry: Fighter blocks an incoming attack from the killer, adding a stack of Charge (applies effects when dealing a Swing). Parry only works at close-range, and a successful execution of Parry will stun the killer for 1.5 seconds.
      • Keybind: E
      • Cooldown: N/A

Healer

The Healer Class is a selfless survivor, offering small health buffs in intervals to themselves and their team. This Class could make all the difference between a win and a loss versus the killer. Unfortunately, Healers tend to be easy to target due to their limited self-defence and lack of skills for targeting the killer.

  • Price: 400 Scraps
  • Sprint Speed: 24
  • Abilities:
    • Heal: Regenerate 5 HP of a teammate’s health every 200 seconds.
      • Keybind: Q
      • Cooldown: TBA
    • Self Heal: Regenerate 5 HP every 100 seconds.
      • Keybind: E
      • Cooldown: 60 seconds

Security Guard

The Security Guard is a supporting Class that can guide their team as well as challenge the killer. It’s pretty well-rounded and a solid addition to a winning team.

  • Price: 900 Scraps
  • Sprint Speed: 24
  • Abilities:
    • Taser: Charge and fire a taser at the killer. The longer it charges, the greater the stun it deals.
      • Keybind: Q
      • Cooldown: TBA
    • Cams: Look through the cameras littered around the map, revealing locations of your team and the killer. Clicking on Anamatronics and Generators reveals their location to others.
      • Keybind: E
      • Cooldown: TBA

Which Is The Best Class

Without a doubt, the Security Guard is the best Class as of the Bite by Night release.

It’s the most balanced, offering team self-preservation as well as a killer stun to help the survivors, well… survive?!

The Security Guard balances pursuit and evasion, keeping the killer on their toes when hunting down the Security Guard. Plus, with the Cam’s ability allowing the SG to reveal points of interest to the team, it greatly increases their odds since the killer can’t appear from nowhere, and the odd-jobs tasks required per map can be easily located.
