There are tons of Grow a Garden pets available, all coming from different eggs. But which Grow a Garden Night Egg Pet is the best? I’ll give you our top picks for what the best Pet is and why.

Which Grow a Garden Night Egg Pet Is The Best?

The Lunar Update introduced Night Eggs, and when placing one down and waiting for it to hatch, you have the chance to obtain different pets, each with unique passive abilities.

Keep in mind that just because a pet is rarer, it doesn’t mean it is better!

The Best Pet

The best pet you can get inside a Night Egg is the Mole. You have a 22% chance of hatching this pet, and it is classed as being legendary rarity.

Moles have a great passive ability. Every 80 seconds, they will dig underground and search for treasure. This can include finding pieces of gear or additional sheckles (the in-game currency).

Second Best Pet

It’s only fair to talk about a second-best pet, right? That award goes to the Raccoon, which has a 1% chance of hatching. Every 15 minutes, this pet duplicates a crop from another player’s plot and gives it to you. Don’t worry, it isn’t stealing! It simply copies it.

Although there is a chance that you get a common crop, you may also get a rare crop that you can sell to make a profit.

How To Get Night Eggs

You can get Night Eggs by participating in the Lunar Glow event. When handing over Lunar Points to the Wise Old Owl, you will get a Night Egg as a reward. These are how many points you need:

  • 70 Points
  • 210 Points
  • 240 Points
  • 290 Points
  • 320 Points
  • 430 Points

There is the option to buy a Night Egg for Robux, but this isn’t recommended. Where is the fun in that?

When she’s not writing about games, you can find Rachel either drawing fanart of her favourite characters, reading, or watching anime. Her all-time favourite character is William T Spears, and she’ll find any excuse to bring him into conversation or show off her tattoo of him.
