Fire Force Reignition Rifts
Rifts, also known as boss rifts, are a game mode that spawn in the Overworld. At the moment, there is no set time they appear. Each rift also has a different mode, which we’ll go through later.
When you enter a rift, you have a certain amount of time to complete it. If you fail to complete it on time, the game will teleport you back to the Overworld. You will also lose all the items you obtained during it.
At the moment, completing a rift is the only way to obtain an Artifact. The ones currently available are:
- Hour Glass
- Store damage for a few seconds before releasing it.
- Soul Container
- Equip 2 Soul Augments in exchange for less HP.
- True Restriction
- Removes flame-born abilities, but gain new moves.
- Black Blood
- Obtain the Demon Sword Ragnarok.
Boss Rush
The boss rush is the main event of a rift. Inside, you need to locate the red rift and interact with it. This will spawn a random boss NPC that you need to defeat in battle.
Sub Rifts
Sub rifts are modes inside a rift. When completing these, you will earn EXP and be rewarded with different items and accessories.
Mini Boss
During a mini-boss, a random boss will spawn, which you must defeat in battle. It can be any of the following:
- Joker
- Arthur
- Shinra
Waves
If you enter the Waves sub rift, you will come face-to-face with 3 Infernal NPCs. Your goal is to defeat them before the timer runs out. If you don’t do it in time, you will fail the event.
Payload
The Payload sub rift is similar to Waves. In this, you have to destroy the payload but also need to defeat three Infernal NPCs within the time limit.
