How to Get the Moon Cat Pet
The Moon Cat pet is only available from the Twilight Shop. If you don’t know what this shop is, don’t worry, I’ll explain! The Twilight Shop spawns during every Night event, unless the Blood Moon event spawns.
If the latter occurs, the Blood Moon Shop spawns instead, which stocks some of the same items, but plenty of different ones, too. If the standard Night event activates, the Twilight Shop appears, offering up exclusive items such as the Moon Cat.
The Moon Cat costs a total of 100 million Sheckles, which is a steep price to pay! So, with that, let’s take a look at what the Moon Cat provides for your garden.
What Does the Moon Cat Pet Do?
As for what the Moon Cat pet does when roaming your garden, it offers up 2 abilities. The first is the Moon Nap ability, which is similar to the passive ability provided by the regular Cat pets. The second is Moon Harvest!

Moon Nap
Every minute, the Moon Cat naps for around 20 seconds, boosting the size of nearby crops by 1.5x. The larger the crop, the more Sheckles it sells for, which benefits further when obtaining a mutation.
Moon Harvest
Thanks to the Moon Cat pet, you have a 6.1% chance of replanting a Night crop whenever you harvest one. This is especially useful if you have single-use Night event seeds.
