So, will the Night event come back in Grow a Garden? Let’s find out! If it is coming back, does that mean the Twilight Shop is returning in Grow a Garden?
Will the Night Event Come Back in Grow a Garden?
To quickly answer your question, yes, it is officially coming back! Jandel has confirmed that the Night event is making a comeback soon, but there is no official date or time as of yet.
The reason why the Night event is coming back is that players have been asking for it since it disappeared with the arrival of the Bizzy Bees event.
The Night event was originally planned to be a limited-time event, though it’s not clear if it is going to be a permanent feature from here on out. In my opinion, it should be, as it feels a little strange having weather types but no nighttime.
Is the Celestial Mutation Coming Back Too?
This means that the Celestial mutation is also coming back, as Meteor Showers are a potential occurrence during the Night event. The Celestial mutation is one of the most sought-after ones because of its high selling value multiplier of 120x.
This is one of the highest mutation multipliers in the game that isn’t reliant on admin-only events.
The Return of the Twilight Shop?
Whilst the return of the Night event is on the horizon, does this mean the Twilight Shop is making an appearance too? That, we don’t know.
I highly doubt it, as that was part of the original event, but I wouldn’t mind – there are a few items in the Twilight Shop that I didn’t manage to get my hands on!
However, the only effect provided by the Night event (bar the Moonlit mutation) is the potential of a Meteor Shower; other than that, without the Twilight Shop, it’s a little redundant, as the Moonlit mutation multiplies the value by only 2x.
This means a new mutation may be added or the Twilight Shop may become a permanent fixture (I hope).
What About the Blood Moon Event and Shop?
Unfortunately, there is no news about the Blood Moon shop, which makes me think that it won’t be coming back. The same goes for the Blood Moon event in general! It’s more than likely that it will remain a limited-time event.
