How To Get Luck In Dig

The good news is that there are tons of ways to get luck. If you have luck, you get an increased chance of digging higher-rarity loot. For maximum luck, try and use a mix of the methods below.

Shovels

One of the stats that comes with a shovel is luck, so you’ll want to use a shovel that has a high stat in this area. Here are some options.

  • Luck Shovel: 18 Luck
  • Abyssal Shovel: 18 Luck
  • Spore Spade: 18 Luck
  • Shortcake Shovel: 18 Luck
  • Rock Splitter: 20 Luck
  • Archaic Shovel: 20 Luck
  • Gold Digger: `20 Luck
  • Prismatic Shovel: 20 Luck
  • Frigid Shovel: 22 Luck
  • Bell Shovel: 25 Luck
  • Arachnid Shovel: 25 Luck
  • Glinted Shovel: 25 Luck

Charms

Various charms give you a luck boost as well.

  • Lucky Bell: +1-3% Luck
  • Fortuned Bell: +1-7% Luck
  • Solstice Bell: +0.5-3.75% Luck
  • Pearl Necklace: +2-5% Luck
  • Large Log: +0.25-1.5% Luck
  • Prismatic Domino Crown: +15-31% Luck
  • Training Glove: +2-5% Luck
  • Fuzzballs Foot: +1-8% Luck

Enchantments

If you get lucky (ha…) when enchanting your shovel, you may get the Lucky Enchant. This gives your shovel +10% luck! There is also the Abundant Enchant, and although it doesn’t give ‘luck’, it does increase your chance to dig Rewards, which is pretty nifty to have.

Weather

It’s worth noting that if you’re digging something in its preferred weather, you automatically get +25% luck. If you dig during the item’s preferred season, you get +35% more luck.

There is also the Clover Storm. This happens during the day at random, and when it is active, all luck is doubled for everyone on the server.

Or, there is the Meteor Shower, which happens during the night. In this event, all luck will be tripled for players.

Totems

The Spore Totem gives you +6 Luck for 1 minute and 40 seconds. You can get this totem by using the Spore Spade’s ability, as it gives you a 10% chance to obtain this totem.

Cupcakes

They taste good, but they’re also lucky! You can get Cupcakes from Tom’s Bakery. Specifically, you’ll want to purchase the Key Lime Cupcake for $350, as this gives you +0.25 Luck for 4 minutes.
