By using the Fisch Magic Mirror, you can teleport to and from a key location. A similar item in Fisch to the Magic Mirror, is the Traveller’s Whistle! Both items teleport the user, but one is slightly more useful than the other.

Should you get the Magic Mirror?
How to Get the Magic Mirror in Fisch
There is only one way to obtain the Magic Mirror item, and that is by visiting the Travelling Merchant. It costs 150K in-game coins, which makes it a cheaper alternative to the Traveller’s Whistle, costing 2.5 million coins altogether. However, only three items are available each time he appears, and the Magic Mirror is not always guaranteed to be in stock.
The Travelling Merchant spawns around every 30 minutes in one of six locations. Look out for an in-game message to find out when and where the Travelling Merchant has spawned, and make sure to visit the NPC as quickly as possible, as he can despawn at any point. On average, he tends to stick around for 10 minutes, but it can be less or more.

What Does the Magic Mirror Do?
Upon use, the Magic Mirror item teleports you back to Moosewood Island. It’s a much easier way of getting to the main island than sailing back or logging out and back in again after setting it as your spawn point.
Is it worth it, though? If you travel to Moosewood a lot, then yes. Even when you’ve completed the Bestiary page for the island, the vast majority of events take place in Moosewood, where you can unlock quests and rewards.
The main difference between the Magic Mirror and the Traveller’s Whistle is that the latter teleports you to various locations, including Mariana’s Veil (and its sub-locations), Northern Expedition base camps, and Treasure Island. But you need to complete the Bestiary for each of these islands! You aren’t required to complete the Moosewood Bestiary to use the Magic Mirror.
