How to Get the Female Titan Serum

The best way of obtaining the Female Titan Serum is by beating the Female Titan Raid on any difficulty.

  • Aberrant Difficulty
    • 0.4% chance (Emperor’s Trove)
    • 0.2% chance (Raider’s Chest)
  • Severe Difficulty
    • 0.18% chance (Emperor’s Trove)
    • 0.09% chance (Raider’s Chest)
  • Hard Difficulty
    • 0.06% chance (Emperor’s Trove)
    • 0.03% chance (Raider’s Chest)

To get any type of Serum in the game, you must complete Missions, which provide a 0.06% to 0.07% drop chance of a random Serum. This does not guarantee the Female Titan Serum!

Female Titan Raid

The Female Titan raid has a total of 3 phases to beat. The first sees you fighting Annie, the second is Eren, and the third is Annie once again.

First Phase (Annie)

Annie shifts into the Female Titan, leading to a battle that pits you against her. Luckily, you only have to get her HP down to 50% before the raid moves onto the second phase. Don’t worry, she’ll be back later…

Second Phase (Eren)

Due to the battle, Eren loses control and starts attacking you and your allies. However, as it’s midway through the battle, he’s already pretty weak, so his HP starts at 50%. While you are fighting against Eren, Annie is healing herself in the background. You must defeat Eren to move onto the third phase of the raid!

Third Phase (Annie Returns)

After defeating Eren, Annie decides to try to escape. But you are quick to approach her, slicing off her fingers before she can get away. Because you whittled her HP down to 50% in the first phase, the third and final phase begins at 50% HP. Defeat the Female Titan to beat the raid!

Female Titan Drops

Upon defeat, it’s time for the loot drops, but what can you get? To start, you need to deal at least 5% DMG to the boss for you to be able to open a chest.
