Best Shovel in Desert Detectors
You may assume the best Shovel is the most expensive one, being the Primal Skull Shovel, but you’d be wrong! Instead, turn your attention to the Seraded Shovel. Unlike the Primal Skull Shovel which trades Speed for almost maximum Power, the Seraded Shovel has high stats in both, being an all around well-balanced tool.
What this means is that during digging, it carves large tunnels at high speed. Players nearby won’t have the chance to swoop in and steal your loot if you’re faster than them to the treasure. The Seraded Shovel costs 35,000 C$ from the small residence found to the North of the train tracks that are located East of spawn. I recommend travelling by golf cart as its quite the distance on foot!
Though, if you don’t care for harmonious balance, you may prefer the Primal Skull Shovel. Like I said, it’s the most expensive costing a whopping 50,000 C$. In exchange, you’ll have a slower Shovel that carves deeper holes each turn. But, be warned, it only takes a faster Shovel to swoop in and snipe your found treasure before you have the chance to uncover it!
Likewise, if you like to play on the offensive and steal others finds, the Seraded Shovel makes it easier thanks to its huge dig range and quick speeds, whereas the Primal Skull takes a little longer but has more power behind each dig.
