Ah, the not-so-obscure Grow a Garden Cherry Blossom tree. So many players talk about it, but why? In this guide, I look at whether or not it’s worth obtaining and if you can still get it in Grow a Garden. Be careful with scammers when trying to get rare items – read our What Happens If You Get Scammed in Grow a Garden? guide for our advice.

Grow a Garden Cherry Blossom

Why do some people have a Cherry Blossom tree in their gardens and others don’t? Well, there’s a reason for that! Given how rare the Cherry Blossom seed is, is it even worth the hype? It is a competitor for the Candy Blossom, or is it a dud?

How to Get the Cherry Blossom Seed in Grow a Garden

Unfortunately, unless you plan to trade with another player, you cannot get the Cherry Blossom seed anymore. The original obtainment method was a little strange, to say the least. Upon purchasing a Strawberry with 21 Robux from the in-game Seed Shop, the Cherry Blossom seed was placed in the player’s inventory.

There is no other way of obtaining this seed type other than spending Robux. This could only be done before April 21st, and after this date, it’s no longer available.

Is the Cherry Blossom Worth It?

Despite the rarity of the Cherry Blossom, its base value is pretty low. It’s a Divine, unobtainable, paid-for crop, and it only sells for 550 Sheckles with no additional mutations. Even with mutations, it’s not an impressive amount. 550 Sheckles is extremely low for what it is.

This crop is definitely more of a flex to say you’ve got it. Plus, it looks nice in your garden, sure. But is it worth it? In my opinion, absolutely not. Especially considering the original way of obtaining it was with real-life money.

What I will say is, look out for scams if anyone is offering to trade a Cherry Blossom with you. Scammers know how sought-after it is, so it’s not surprising that they lure players in with the promise of a Cherry Blossom seed or harvested petal.
