Get your umbrellas and rain boots ready, as the Dig It Rainstorm Event has arrived! Aside from making it rain, experiencing this event lets you dig up a variety of creatures and allows you to purchase one of the best shovels in the game.

Dig It Rainstorm Event Guide
Events happen at random throughout your server, and they tend to last between 10-15 minutes. You can see if an event is active by looking at the bottom left-hand side of your screen, as it will tell you if there is one happening.
What Is The Rainstorm Event?
During this event, you will be able to dig up fish anywhere on the map. Alongside this, you can also find exotic rarity items. You can only dig this rarity up during this event, so make sure you have a good shovel and see what you can find!
The Rainstorm Event also lets you purchase the Megalodon Shovel. To get this, you have to find the NPC called Finn, who resides in the ocean on top of what looks like a stingray (in my opinion, it should be a Megalodon). The shovel rests beside him, which you can purchase for 900,000D$ if you are at level 100+ or higher.

- Stamina Loss: 10%
- Loot Luck: 50%
- Precision: 80%
- Control: 80%
- Stability: 80%
- Max Weight: 80,000kg
It also has a 100% chance to apply the Hydrated Mutation to something you dig, which increases the value by x2. When using this shovel, you can also dig up fish at any time, even if the event isn’t active.
