Fisch Blessed Song
Learn all about the Blessed Song enchant, how it affects your rod, and how to get it.
Blessed Song Enchant
The Blessed Song Enchant boasts a 30% buff to your Progress Speed during the fishing minigame. This makes it the perfect Enchant for your favourite rods due to it being able to make it much easier to catch those harder-to-get fish.
Some of the rarest fish in the game have a high Minus Progress Speed stat, which means you can lose your catch streak, and lose the fish altogether. With the Blessed Song Enchant, the difficulty spike that comes with rarer fish disappears!
How to Get the Blessed Song Enchant
The only way to get the Blessed Song Enchant for your fishing rod is by obtaining and using a Song of the Deep Relic. However, you only have a 20% chance of the Relic enchanting your rod with Blessed Song, and an 80% chance of failing to do so.
How to Get the Song of the Deep Relic
To obtain a Song of the Deep Relic, you must give the Captain Ahab NPC on Moosewood Island a Moby. This is a repeatable request, so you can collect as many Relics as you want, as long as you have a spare Moby to give to Captain Ahab. He stands nearby to the Moosewood docks!
How to Catch a Moby
Now, to get a Song of the Deep Relic, you need a Moby, but how do you get one of those? You need to wait for a Whale Migration event to occur within the Ocean. Your Fish Radar displays where the whales are once you reach the event’s general location. Arrows are also displayed, which let you know which direction the whales are moving in.
The Moby itself is a Secret rarity catch and it prefers the Summer season and Squid bait. It’s a very difficult fish to catch, as it has strong Resilience and a -95% Progress Speed stat.
