The Fisch Cement Rod is sending players on a wild goose chase… again. However, this time, there are even fewer clues!

Fisch Cement Rod

Here we go again! After the mystery of the Brick Rod was solved, it was only a matter of time until we got a new cryptic clue to go off of. The Cement Rod is real, but it isn’t in the game. Much like the Brick Rod, all we have at the moment are small hints here and there via the game’s official Discord server.

Clues So Far

The current clues are screenshots from a member of the Fisch Discord server announcing that the Cement Rod exists, as well as asking if anyone has discovered the fishing rod yet. There’s also a screenshot of the Cement Rod in the player’s toolbar at the bottom of their game screen.

So far, that’s all we know. Perhaps more clues will be shared between now and the next big in-game update in the latter half of February. Or, this may all be a ruse.

Then again, we thought the same with the Brick Rod, and then it was added to Fisch! I predict the Cement Rod will also be a more niche rod, like the Brick one, with a passive ability that makes its ‘decent’ stats a little more appealing.

The Oil Rig

I’m assuming the Cement Rod has something to do with the mini-update that occurred over the past weekend. With the Orca server event now available, there is a mysterious oil rig that has suddenly appeared close by to Roslit Bay.

Whilst wandering around the oil rig, you meet a selection of builders who don’t have much to say. However, there are bags of cement on the ground, which may allude to the Cement Rod.
