Fisch Kraken Pools Guide

Let’s get into it!

Clock Locations and Answers

When you’ve unlocked Atlantis, you’ll notice that all four directions lead to new rooms. Three of these four wings lead to Trials which you must complete to find and correct the Clocks. The fourth is behind Poseidon’s throne, and the final one is at the Kraken Pool entrance.

The Clocks seem complicated at first but boil down to matching phrases to the picture. The hardest part of this ordeal is the trails themselves. Failure results in death and being teleported back to your spawn point with lighter pockets.

Clock Answers:

  • God of Music: Blue Harp
  • King of Titans: Black Scythe
  • Goddess of Night: Purple Moon
  • Goddess of War: Orange Helmet
  • Ruler of the Underworld: Red Trident

Kraken Pool Location

As mentioned, the final Clock lines the Kraken Pool entrance, found central in Atlantis. To find the gate, equip your best diving gear and take a plunge into any body of water surrounding the middle island of Atlantis. Dive under and keep swimming down until you find the gate at the coordinates -4291, -880 and 1809.

Once inside the Kraken Pool, you’ll be one step closer to catching your very own Kraken! But before that, you’ll notice the Kraken Rod leaning against a wall costing a hefty 1,333,333 C$. This Rod has an insane passive for its price alongside some overall decent stats.

  • Lure Speed: 60%
  • Luck: 185%
  • Control: 0.2
  • Resilience: 15%
  • Max KG: 115,000

The passive of the Kraken Rod allows the player a free Legendary/Mythic/Exotic fish every 50 catches. It works by localisation, plucking the high-rarity from the Bestiary where the player is currently. If the luck of the draw favours an Exotic and the player isn’t fishing someplace with one, the Kraken Rod will choose a random Exotic.

Alongside its unique passive, the Kraken Rod has a 10% chance to catch two of the recently caught fish, as well as a 5% chance to apply the Tentacle Surge mutation to caught fish.

Catching A Kraken

Finally, let’s krack on with catching the Kraken! The Exotic rarity Kraken spawn works similarly to the Megalodon hunts, where one may spawn for a limited time. During this, if snagged on a line, that lucky player is the only one to catch it. Unless they fail and the event is wasted… The Kraken Event can be cheesed if enough Sundial Totems are used to trick the game into spawning one.

The Kraken is a formidable catch, stunting a powerful -85% progress speed setback alongside its whipping 5 Resilience making it one of the hardest to catch in all of Fisch. As for preferences, the Kraken prefers:

  • Bait: Truffle Worm
  • Time: Night
  • Season: None
  • Weather: None

It seems you’ve stumbled upon my bio! I’m Sho, your local weeb. Off the clock I am typically watching anime, reading manga, or doing art. I think it’s safe to say that all my unpaid thoughts revolve around anime… That said, watch One Piece! (Or don’t I’m just a biography.)
