Fisch Studded Mutation
The Studded Mutation is only obtainable if you are using a very specific rod. If you haven’t been keeping up with the Brick Rod saga, I’ll discuss it here!
What is the Studded Mutation?
Like all other Mutations in Fisch, the Studded Mutation increases the selling value of a fish. Any fish that has the Studded Mutation sells for 2x the base value. It’s handy for earning some extra in-game cash!
How to Get the Studded Mutation
The only way to get Studded fish is by using the Brick Rod. However, the process of obtainment for this rod takes a while and requires a ton of extra steps compared to other fishing rods in the game. For it to only have ‘decent’ stats, and a 2x selling value buff, is it even worth it?
If you like collecting all of the fishing rods and you like the idea of catching fish that look like Lego bricks, then sure! A 2x selling multiplier isn’t that bad, as it’s better than nothing. Plus, if a fish has a double Mutation, or it’s already a rare or large fish, that 2x can really make a difference.
