These drops can appear in any of the World Boss Chests, no matter the boss.

It’s worth noting that the Smuggler NPC is not a boss, but sells a variety of boss drop items. This includes:

The Smuggler NPC appears spawns in various locations across the map and can sometimes be tricky to find. When you do find one, make sure you have enough currency to buy the rare items they offer.
