What Is The Grow a Garden Leaked Alien Event

Leaked by the developer Jandel in a recent TikTok video, players quickly began pulling apart the new features he shared, including the sky illuminating with several silhouettes of UFOs. Alongside this, Jandel held a Sunflower with the Alien Mutation, which made the crop a bright green colour with a little bit of transparency.

Is The Alien Invasion Coming Soon?

Chances are, this won’t release alongside the Summer Update. Jandel commented that he’s working on the Alien Invasion, implying it’s not quite ready for players to enjoy yet. Plus, the UFOs could overshadow the Summer Update and all that it has to bring.

So in short, it is real, but we don’t know a lot of information about it, such as its frequency, when it’ll be added, or the mutation multiplier value of Alien Crops.

What Is Coming With The Summer Update?

On June 21st, Grow a Garden will have its largest update yet. To celebrate the coming of summer, the game will have an overhaul, refreshing the permanent seed shop and its availability, alongside adding new pets, gears, weathers, and more!

    • Occasionally, fans its feathers, causing nearby pets to have advanced ability cooldowns.
  • Octopus [Pet]

  • Capybara [Pet]
    • Nearby pets don’t lose hunger when in range of this pet, and they gain more EXP.
  • Flamingo [Pet]
  • Orangutan [Pet]
    • When crafting, each material has a chance not to be consumed.
  • Seagull [Pet]
  • Starfish [Pet]
    • Increased pet EXP gain per second.
  • Toucan [Pet]
    • All nearby tropical plants have increased mutation chances and grow larger.
  • Sea Turtle [Pet]
    • Shares its wisdom with nearby pets, boosting their EXP gain.
  • Parrot [Pet]
  • Seal [Pet]
    • When selling pets, the Seal has a small chance of getting the pet back as its egg equivalent.
  • Ostrich [Pet]

Alongside this, Jandel also shared on TikTok that he will be adding a tool to pick up plants! He urged players not to shovel any plants until this update drops.
