The Fisch Treasure Appraiser mini game is quite puzzling at first. We explain how to beat it in this guide! While you’re here, why not check when the next Fisch Admin Abuse event is? Participating in various events within Fisch means you can obtain and unlock rare fish, mutations, and more.

Fisch Treasure Appraiser Mini Game

Confused by the mini game? Don’t worry, I was too! First, let’s find out where the Treasure Appraiser NPC is.

Treasure Appraiser Location

You can find the Treasure Appraiser NPC by visiting Treasure Island. To get to Treasure Island, you need to obtain a Traveller’s Whistle, which is sold by the Travelling Merchant. After visiting Treasure Island for the first time, you can return with either the Magic Mirror or Conception Conch.

To start the appraisal mini game, you must speak with the Treasure Appraiser NPC and spend 1K in-game coins. Like the regular Appraiser NPC, you can appraise fish in your inventory! The main difference is that the Treasure Appraiser solely increases the weight of fish, rather than adding any mutations.

How to Beat the Treasure Appraiser Mini Game

I was extremely confused the first time I opened the Treasure Appraiser mini game, but I can now share my wisdom! Each box displays various weight multipliers, and every row contains at least one 0.5x multiplier. The other boxes in each row range from 1.01x to 1.25x. You have to select a box from the bow, but you must avoid selecting boxes with the 0.5x weight multiplier, hence why the icon is a fish skeleton and the text is red.

By successfully avoiding every 0.5x multiplier box and managing to select any of the 1.01-1.25x multiplier boxes, you can beat the mini game! But if you accidentally hit any of the 0.5x multiplier boxes, the mini game ends. If you’re unsure about whether or not to continue in the mini game, you can click the ‘Take Now’ button to step out and finish the game.
