How to Dual Wield in Rune Slayer
To unlock the ability to dual wield in Rune Slayer, you need to obtain the Skill Book: Dual Weapons item. This is a potential drop from a boss that spawns between the Knight’s Templar base and the Beastmen Camp.
It isn’t a guaranteed drop per kill, so I recommend server hopping to battle against the boss as many times as you need to. Some other players on the server may also be farming the fight too, which is always helpful!
Once you have the Skill Book: Dual Weapons item, you can equip your character with two weapons at the same time. This is most effective when you’re a sword user, or if you require a shield. One of the main benefits of dual wielding in combat is the fact that you can deal additional damage!
Boss Location
Firstly, you need to head to Lakeshire and find the elevator. This is the same elevator that you need to use when joining either the Demon Sect or Knight’s Templar Factions, so you’ve probably already been here!
Take the elevator up until it stops and then head up the staircase to the side. Make your way to the Knight’s Templar base by following the path along the rocks to the right.
However, instead of entering the base, you must walk down the path to the right of the entrance. Continue down the path, head down, and jump up the rocks until you see two platinum crystals. The ground below is where the required boss spawns!
