Look out for Fisch Wisps as you wander around Crook’s Hallow. Don’t forget to work through all of the Fischfright Quests in Fisch during the Halloween season to obtain a variety of frightful rewards!

Fisch Wisps

Wisps are a required item for one of the Fischfright 2025 quests! However, the obtainment method for them isn’t quite clear. I randomly found out how to get them when exploring.

How to Find Wisps

To find Wisps, you need to teleport to the Halloween-exclusive location, Crook’s Hallow. Once there, follow the wooden signs to locate the Cemetery. Now and again, one of the gravestones glows with a blue outline. Walk over to the gravestone and interact with it to obtain the Wisp!

It’s not clear how often these Wisps spawn, but they tend to appear intermittently at random. I usually walk around the area often while working through the Fischfright 2025 content.

What Are Wisps For?

One of the quests within the Headless Horseman’s questline requires you to collect 5 Wisps. This quest, in particular, is the second one in the questline! Before this task, you need to obtain a Jack-o-Lantern with the Frightful mutation to unlock the Wisp quest.

After collecting 5 Wisps and speaking with the Headless Horseman again, you unlock the following quest! Work through the next three quests to obtain the Jack-o-Blazer fishing rod as a reward. It’s definitely one of the more involved Fischfright 2025 quests.

Does the Wisp Mutation Count?

No, the Wisp mutation does not count for the Headless Horseman quest. But while you’re here, you might as well find out how to get the mutation anyway!

To get the Wisp mutation, you must take part in the Spectral Tide event or the Secret Storm event. Both of these server events are Admin Events, which means you have to wait for an admin to activate them manually!

During the Spectral Tide admin event, there is a 1.8% chance of getting the Wisp mutation, and during the Secret Storm admin event, the chance increases to 20%!
