To obtain Blood Rings in Sailor Piece, you must defeat a certain vampiric boss. This boss, like many others in Sailor Piece, also has a chance to drop a title and accessory. I’ve ranked Alucard’s cloak in my Sailor Piece Accessories Tier List, if you’re curious.

Sailor Piece Blood Ring

While it sounds like an accessory, it’s not. Well, not in the sense of an equippable accessory in Sailor Piece. Instead, it’s an item used in the obtainment of the Alucard melee spec and the Ascension system.

How to Get Blood Rings in Sailor Piece

The Alucard boss fight has the potential to drop Blood Rings with a 2% chance. Currently, this is the only way to get Blood Rings, which makes sense with Alucard being a vampire and all.

Alucard Boss

Alucard spawns every 5 minutes on Sailor Island, soon after the Jinwoo boss despawns. The former has 20 million HP, so he’s not too difficult to beat, as long as you’ve been upgrading your build. Not to be confused with Alucard from Castlevania, Sailor Piece features the Alucard from the Hellsing series.

Whilst Blood Rings have a 2% chance to drop upon Alucard’s defeat, there are other rewards, too.

In order of rarity,

  • Blood Ring
    • 2% drop chance
  • Casull

Why Do You Need Blood Rings?

There are three uses for Blood Rings. The first is to unlock the corresponding melee spec, and the others are in the obtainment of two Ascension levels. Level 4 andlevel 6, to be more specific.

Alucard Melee

The major use of Blood Rings is to unlock the Alucard melee spec. You need 1 Blood Ring, as well as some other items:

  • 1x Blood Ring
    • 2% chance to drop from the Alucard boss
  • 1x Casull
    • 2% chance to drop from the Alucard boss
  • 5x Soul Amulets
    • 8% chance to drop from the Alucard boss
  • Vampire race
    • Epic rarity race obtained via Race Rerolls
      • DMG +25%
      • Lifesteal +5%
      • Maximum HP +30%
  • Vampire King (Title)
    • 2.5% chance to drop from the Alucard boss
      • DMG +32.5%
  • 10K Gems
  • 6.5 million coins

Unlocking Ascension 4 and Ascension 6

Blood Rings are also a requirement when increasing your Ascension to level 4 and level 6. After level 6, Blood Rings are no longer required for Ascension.

Ascension 4

For Ascension level 4, you need 1 Blood Ring and:

  • Deal 1 billion DMG
  • Use abilities 500 times
  • Reach level 7,000
  • Collect 4 Reiatsu Cores
  • Clear the Shadow Dungeon on Medium difficulty 10 times
  • Defeat 50 bosses and 625 NPCs
Ascension 6

Ascension level 6 requires 3 Blood Rings. Even the Alucard melee spec doesn’t need that many, so good luck trying to win the 2% drop chance 3 times for this level. As well as the Blood Rings, the other requirements are:

  • Deal 20 billion DMG
  • Use abilities 850 times
  • Reach level 8,500
  • Collect 3 Soul Flames
  • Clear the Shadow Dungeon on Medium difficulty 5 times
  • Clear the Rune Dungeon on Medium difficulty 10 times
  • Defeat 250 bosses and 850 NPCs
