The Dig Snorlax item is a must for any Pokémon fan! But where can you find it? We’ve got a Rarest Items guide for Dig, which goes over a variety of items with the lowest drop chances.
Dig Snorlax
Snorlax, also known in Dig as the Drowsy Giant, is a collectable Trinket.
How to Get Snorlax in Dig
The Snorlax trinket is of the Prismatic rarity, making it one of the rarest items you can obtain in the game. It’s a necessary item to collect if you want to complete the journal page for the Verdant Vale location, though!
Unfortunately, it has no preferences regarding the weather or season, which makes it a little more difficult to obtain as it relies on pure luck. However, there are ways to increase your chances of finding the Drowsy Giant, such as utilising Charms and Shovels.
Firstly, you need to dig around Verdant Vale, as it cannot be found in any other location. Snorlax’s description mentions that it blocks paths and sits on crops. I don’t think this is a hint as to where it specifically resides, though.
Best Shovels and Charms to Use For Snorlax
As Snorlax is Prismatic, you need a Shovel and Charm that increase your Luck stat. But, the higher rarity an item is, the more difficult the minigame is, so you should also pay attention to the Strength, Control and Endurance stats.
This can be tricky to balance, but Luck is your priority, as Shovels and Charms with a low Luck stat won’t be able to get anything rare.
Charms like the Fuzzball Boot and Prismatic Domino Crown are great options, with Shovels such as the Starfire Shovel and the Glinted Shovel increasing your Luck even more.
Still, there is a chance that you’ll obtain Snorlax with a mid-range Shovel and Charm, but your chances are much higher once you equip those that are suitable for rare and difficult-to-get items.
