Reaching the Dollhouse Bloodshed Ending seems impossible at times, but if I’m being honest, I definitely found it a lot easier than Floors Have Teeth. I highly recommend checking out the latter, and luckily for you, I have a full Floors Have Teeth walkthrough.

Dollhouse Bloodshed Ending

After all that, you still need to collect a bunch more keys.

How to Reach the Ending in Dollhouse Bloodshed

Following on from my How to Unlock the Attic guide, a major requirement towards the end of the game is to find the missing eye for the giant doll head. You can get this missing eye in the Tea Party Room, which you might have walked past, but couldn’t enter due to it being locked.

As you can probably guess by now, you need the Tea Party Room Key to get inside. However, you also need the Toy Key to obtain the Exit Key… yeah, it’s a little complicated.

Obtaining the Tea Party Room Key

When walking around the library in the mansion and heading up the library stairs, there is a gap between the two sides. When interacting with said gap, the game prompts you to place down a wooden plank.

The plank you can place in the library to bridge the gap in Dollhouse Bloodshed.

After placing the wooden plank, obtained by breaking the wooden planks covering the door to the second floor with a hammer, you can head across. This is where you find the Tea Party Room Key.

How to Get the Toy Key

If you’ve managed to complete the jumbled-up picture on the second floor (where the toy blocks and chest are), you’ll have unlocked the secret room, which houses a limbless doll attached to the wall. If not, then I recommend reading my How I Cut the Painting walkthrough – it goes over how to collect all the missing picture pieces.

Leading on from that, you need to find the 4 missing limbs for the doll. At this point, you may have picked up some of these limbs before discarding them for another item. I’m guilty of this. I kept dropping them everywhere, so when I actually needed them, I had no clue where they were again.

Limb Locations
  • Left Leg
    • In a drawer by the door in the lobby area of the mansion
  • Right Leg
    • In the drawer underneath the black and white TV
  • Left Arm
  • Right Arm
    • In a drawer by the room with the black and white TV

Anyway, as you find each limb, you can attach it back to the doll. Because you can only hold one item at a time, this does mean a bit of back and forth, which becomes tricky when trying to avoid the Mother.

After attaching all 4 limbs to the doll, you obtain the Toy Key.

How to Get the Exit Key (Music Box)

In the bedroom on the second floor, you can find the Music Box. This Music Box houses the all-important Exit Key.

With the Toy Key you received by attaching all 4 missing limbs to the doll on the second floor, you can unlock the Music Box. Once opened, you obtain the Exit Key, but you cannot use it yet as the door is covered in a chain. This is where the Tea Party Room Key comes in.

Obtaining the Giant Eye for the Giant Doll Head

Now that you can access the Tea Party Room, it’s time to find the Giant Eye. There are multiple clocks on the wall, in the shape of a doll, with spirals of various colours and Roman numerals. This puzzle requires you to take note of the coloured Roman numerals you may have spotted around the mansion.

Where to Find the Roman Numerals

This means you might have to retrace your steps to look at every wall. Usually, there tend to be Roman numerals in the bathroom, the room with the TV, the freezer room (in the back of the kitchen), and the secret room where you found the Attic Key.

Once you’ve noted down the Roman numerals and their matching colours, you can start to switch the Roman numerals on the clocks in the Tea Party Room. Match the Roman numerals you found with the colours of the clock’s spiral.

Inputting the correct Roman numerals causes the cake to explode, which was hiding the Giant Eye. Pick it up and head back to the giant doll head in the Attic.

How to Leave the Mansion

After giving the giant holl head the missing Giant Eye, you obtain the Bolt Cutters. You can use these Bolt Cutters to break the chain covering the main door. Then, unlock the door with the Exit Key to escape the mansion.

What is the Dollhouse Bloodshed Ending?

  • Spoilers ahead – skip this section if you want to experience the ending yourself

By using the Exit Key to leave the mansion, a message appears on the screen, reading:

“You’ve escaped, for now…”

This is the only ending to unlock at the moment. I suppose it’s a good ending, seeing as how you escaped. However, the ominous message hints that more endings may be added. It’s more likely that it’s hinting at Chapter 2, which is coming soon.
