Mastered Mutation Overview
Mastered mutated fish will have a fading glow that calmly blinks from blue to red along their body, typically replacing a fish’s patterning. The same hues of both the Luminous Oath and Ruinous Oath Rods.
This mutation enhances the fish’s selling value by 16x!
Fisch Mastered Mutation Obtainment
Mastered is a mutation that doesn’t occur environmentally or through appraisals. The only way to catch a fish with this mutation is to perform a perfect catch with either the Luminescent Oath or Ruinous Oath Rods. Perfect catches with any other rod won’t result in a Mastered Mutation.

The Oath Rods
Both Oath Rods share some overlap, but are, for the most part, very distinguishable and unique. It’s in their perfect passive where Mastered comes to life.
Luminescent Oath
During a Perfect Catch, the control bar gradually decreases in size until the fish is caught, or the perfect catch is ruined. During the decrease, the Progress Speed of capture steadily increases by 3.3% every second.
