How to Get the Shark Whistle in Fisch
To obtain the Shark Whistle, you need to complete Angler quests. Each time you complete a quest from the Angler, you have a chance of getting a random reward. The Shark Whistle itself has a 3.20% chance of dropping. The rarity of the fish the Angler asks you to collect changes depending on how many quests you’ve already worked through.
What Does the Shark Whistle Do?
When using the Shark Whistle item, you can summon a random Shark Hunt server event. Currently, there are three potential Shark Hunts that can occur in Fisch. When you catch a shark during a Shark Hunt for the first time, you get the ‘Shark Slayer’ title as a reward.
Usually, Shark Hunts have an 11% chance to occur rather than an Abundance server event for a random fish. However, with the Shark Whistle, it guarantees that a random one will spawn.
Great Hammerhead Shark
For a higher chance of catching a Great Hammerhead Shark Hunt during the event, the weather needs to be windy, the season must be spring, and it should be daytime. The Great Hammerhead Shark has a preference for Fish Head bait, too.
Great White Shark
To increase your chances of getting a Great White Shark during a Shark Hunt, the weather needs to be clear, and the season should be autumn. This shark does not have a preference for the time of day; however, it does prefer Fish Head bait.
Whale Shark
When fishing for the Whale Shark, you should wait for the Autumn and Summer seasons, the daytime, and clear weather. Unlike the other sharks, the Whale Shark prefers Shrimp bait.
