How to Get the Paradisal Mutation
The method of obtaining the Paradisal mutation is a little different compared to other mutations. But it works similarly to how crops with the Frozen mutation need the Wet and Chilled mutations.
For the Paradisal mutation, a crop must have both the Sundried and Verdant mutations. If it has these mutations, the Paradisal mutation automatically replaces them. So, how do you get the Verdant and Sundried mutations?
How to Get the Verdant Mutation
The Scarlet Macaw pet has a 15.95% chance of applying the Verdant mutation to a random fruit in your garden every 11 minutes or so.
To obtain the Scarlet Macaw pet, you must hatch a Paradise Egg, which you can purchase from the Pet Egg Shop for 50 million Sheckles. The Scarlet Macaw is a Legendary pet and has an 8% chance of appearing.
The Verdant mutation by itself increases the base selling value of crops by x4.
How to Get the Sundried Mutation
The Sundried mutation is obtainable during the Heatwave server event. This event has a random chance of spawning! You can increase the chances of a specific crop getting the Sundried mutation by using a Tanning Mirror. This gear type attracts sunlight during the Heatwave event.
The Sundried mutation increases the base selling value of crops by x85. The high multiplier makes the Paradisal mutation a little pointless. After all, why would you want to lose a x85 multiplier when it’s going to be replaced with an x18 multiplier?
