Dig Shovels

Shovels are the primary tool you use in Dig as you… well, dig up items! There are plenty to obtain across the map, all of which cost in-game coins, though some are only available when defeating bosses.

Fox Town

The starting area for all players.

• How to obtain:
  • Costs 65 in-game coins

• How to obtain:
  • Costs 350 in-game coins
• Strength: 4
• Boss DMG: 7

Copper Shovel

  • Costs 650 in-game coins

To the South of Fernhill Forest.

Jam Shovel

• How to obtain:
  • Costs 800 in-game coins
• Strength: 45
• Boss DMG: 27
• Control: 4.5
• Luck: 12
• Haste: 6
• Passive ability:
  • You have a 10% chance to cover yourself and those around you in jam, which increases Haste by 3
  • If you use the Jar of Peanut Butter charm or the Jar of Jam charm, your Strength increases by 3 and Haste increases by 2

Cinder Cavern

To find the Cinder Cavern, you need to enter Fernhill Forest. Once you walk into the Cinder Cavern, you need to pay 1K in-game coins to use the elevator.

Solstice Shovel

• How to obtain:
  • Costs 190K in-game coins at the Solstice Shrine, which is inside the Cinder Cavern. To unlock the ability to purchase this shovel, the shrine requests 3 Basilisks
• Strength: 26
• Boss DMG: 65
• Control: 0.5
• Luck: 5
• Haste: 5
• Passive ability:
  • Increases your chances of getting a Shiny item by +1
  • Increases your chances of getting Venomous items by 10%
  • If you use the Solstice Bell Charm, your Haste increases by 3 and Luck increases by 15

Magnet Shovel

Note that this shovel does not dig up normal items, but instead digs up Junk and other items such as Enchantment Tomes.

• How to obtain:

  • Firstly, you need to defeat a total of 6 bosses, which then unlocks the ability to purchase the Slayer Shovel, which costs 40K in-game coins

To the right of the Alona Jungle.

Glinted Shovel

• How to obtain:
  • Costs 345K in-game coins from the Sovereign Temple, which is found within the Sovereign Chasm. You can get to the chasm by using a Glider

  • You have a 20% chance of obtaining Golden items
  • Your Endurance replenishes over time

Archaic Shovel
