My Rogue Piece Specs Tier List ranks each one from best to worst, whilst also including all the requirements to unlock them. Some Specs can only be obtained after reaching a certain rank in Rogue Piece. I’ve got a Rogue Piece Rank Requirements guide to help you easily climb the ranks.

Each Spec is inspired by popular characters across a range of anime franchises, from Jujutsu Kaisen to Tokyo Ghoul.

S Tier

Gojo (Shibuya)
- Exotic rarity
- How to Get:
  - Equip Gojo and consume 1x Limitless Tear
    - To get 1x Limitless Tear, you need to craft it with 1x Special Grade Badge, 25x Limitless Fragments, 2x Rikugan’s Eyes and 25K Gems
Sukuna (Shibuya)
- Exotic rarity
- How to Get:
  - Equip Sukuna and consume 20x True Sukuna’s Finger
    - To get True Sukuna’s Finger, you must defeat the Sukuna (Shibuya) boss
One For All
- Mythical rarity
- How to Get:
  - Complete all of the One For All Teacher’s quests
    - The requirements for the quests are:
      - Reach Diamond+ Rank and 10K Gems
  - Speak with the Full Cowl Mastery NPC to unlock the V and F abilities
Qin Shi
- Mythical rarity
- How to Get:
  - Complete all of the quests from the Qin Shi Teacher
    - This requires: 1x Sword of Goujian, 10x Dungeon Tokens, 10x Alvitr’s Fragment, and Diamond rank
- Location:
  - Throne Isle

A Tier

Sukuna
- Legendary rarity
- How to Get:
  - Give the Sukuna Teacher:
    - 10x Sukuna’s Finger, 25x Energy Shards, and 7.5K Gems
- Location:
  - Windmill Village
Gojo
- Legendary rarity
- How to Get:
  - Give Gojo:
    - 2x Six Eyes, 5x Book of Techniques, 250x Energy Shards, and 10K Gems (you must also have the ‘The Honored One’ Trait)
- Location:
  - Jujutsu Highschool
Naoya
- Legendary rarity
- How to Get:
  - 1% chance of dropping from the Naoya rate-up gacha banner (requires Crimson Blood to roll)
Kaneki
- Mythical rarity
- How to Get:
  - Give the Kaneki Teacher:
    - 1x Ghoul’s Eye, 100x RC Cells, 1x Kaneki’s Blood, 5x Ghoul’s Meat, and 25K Gems
- Location:
  - Sandora Island
Jin Mori
- Mythical rarity
- How to Get:
  - Give the Jin Mori Teacher:
    - 1x Ruyi Jingu Bang, 10x Heavenly Shards, 1x Golden Fillet, and 25K Gems
Todoroki
- Rarity TBC
- How to Get:
  - Give the Todoroki Teacher:
    - 1x Hot Fragment, 25x Quirk DNA, 1x Cold Fragment, and 10K Gems

B Tier

Akaza
- Rare rarity
- How to Get:
  - Give the Akaza Teacher:
    - 10x Akaza’s Compass, 1x Book of Technique, 1x Muzan’s Blood, and 5K Gems
- Location:
  - Throne Isle
Aizen
- Legendary rarity
- How to Get:
  - Give Aizen’s Teacher:
    - 1x Hogyoku, 10x Hogyoku Fragments, 5x Aizen’s Reiatsu, and 7.5K Gems
- Location:
  - Huecomundo
Shigaraki
- Legendary rarity
- How to Get:
  - Give the Shigaraki Teacher:
    - 1x All For One’s Cells, 25x Soul Shards, 5x Darkness Fragments, and 25K Gems
- Location:
  - Rogue Town
Garou
- Mythical rarity
- How to Get:
  - Equip Suiryo and use the Book of Mastery
    - You obtain the Book of Mastery when completing all of Garou’s quests
- Location:
  - Glacier Isle
Shadow
- Mythical rarity
- How to Get:
  - Give the Shadow Teacher:
    - 1x Core of Shadow, 100xBlack Slime, 2x Shadow Eyes, 1x Atomic Core, and 25K Gems
- Location:
  - Rogue Town

C Tier

Sandevistan
- Rare rarity
- How to Get:
  - Give the Sandevistan Teacher:
    - 1x Sandevistan Core, 1x Book of Technique, 10x Hardware Chips and 5K Gems
- Location:
  - Rogue Town

D Tier

Suiryu
- Common rarity
- Keep in mind that this Spec is not a permanent one, and is only available during the Garou quest
- How to Get:
  - Give Garou:
    - 100x Book of Techniques and 10K Gems
  - Reach level 2K+
- Location:
  - Glacier Isle
