All subclasses, ranked!

S Tier

  • Beast Tamer
    • Archer subclass
    • You can tame beasts when you unlock this subclass, which makes it much easier to collect certain pets and mounts
      • Some creatures require you to be a Beast Tamer, whilst others don’t
    • Your movement speed when riding a mount increases, which makes travelling much easier
    • When you have a pet fighting alongside you, they can also replenish some of your HP
  • Cleric
    • Priest subclass
    • A stronger healer class that can revive fallen allies
    • This subclass has additional healing effects that strengthen the amount of replenishment
    • Simultaneously heal yourself whilst you heal your allies
  • Berserker
    • Warrior subclass
    • Inflict enemies with Lifesteal
    • Buff your Physical DMG
    • Build up Rage to increase your movement speed, replenish your HP, and increase your overall power

A Tier

  • Sorcerer
    • Magician subclass
    • Collect Arcane Charges and max them out so you can summon explosions and replenish your HP
      • At max Arcane, you have an ultra powerful spell that deals high DMG
  • Sword Mastery
    • Warrior subclass
    • You can chain all nearby enemies together, which increases in capacity with Flux stacks
    • You can teleport to the location of the enemy, providing you with high agility on the battlefield
  • Warlock
    • Magician subclass
    • Summon Imps and Fiends to fight alongside you in battle
      • These summons can also soak some of the DMG that is dealt to you
    • You get to steal Souls once you defeat an enemy, which allows you to summon your familiars

B Tier

  • Sharpshooter
    • Archer subclass
    • This subclass has decent abilities, but it’s mainly a mixture of quick ballistic shots and charged shots that can pierce through enemies, so it’s a little lacklustre compared to the others
  • Ashura
    • Striker subclass
    • Relies on knocking your enemy into the air before you can unleash the strongest move, which is fine, but a little tedious
    • Build up Wrath to boost your power
  • Knight
    • Warrior subclass
    • Use your shield to block oncoming attacks
    • Comes with a DMG reduction ability and the chance to soak the DMG taken by allies
    • Manually increase Threat during battle
  • Assassin
    • Thief subclass
    • Hide in the shadows by literally turning invisible before jumping out to surprise the enemy
    • Inflict enemies with the Blind debuff

C Tier

  • Monk
    • Striker subclass
    • You get a new stance!
    • Mostly relies on Spirit Bursts, which allows you to teleport behind the enemy once you perform a Spirit Burst Finisher

D Tier

  • Ninja
    • Thief subclass
    • Apart from the instant dash, this subclass is quite boring
    • You can knock the enemy into the air, dealing a small amount of DMG
