Type Soul… back? This Roblox Bleach game has has its ups and downs.. probably more downs than ups given its frequent long hiatuses to date. Still, this week it’s reappeared with a shiny new dev team eager to set right the wrongs of the past and make a better game, and there have bene a lot of changes since the game was privated. It’s probably the largest rehaul we’ve seen, and we’ve been covering Type Soul since it came out. So I put together this Type Soul update log with a summary of everything I think is especially important about the new update, and the big rework, which might help you decide whether to dive back into the game a second time, or maybe try it for the first time.
Type Soul Update Log
The information in this log is mostly derived from the official update google doc. We’ve tried to summarize what we feel are the most important parts of the update and make them easy to digest. If you want to get full fully comprehensive list with the massive bug fix log too, then we’d suggest checking out the full document.
Content
Here are the major things added to the game.
Map Reworks
Wandenreich, Las Noches, and Hueco Mundo have all received big map reworks, and look a lot different from how you might remember them. There’s a lot of new content hidden around these new maps, too, so make sure to explore.
Private Servers
You can now make Private Servers once again, and these come with a bunch of convenient options, like special specs, titles, and a map selection function. These are designed mostly for more casual messing around, though they might come in very handy for clan events and tryouts.
Fast Travel
You can now summon a new Radial that lets you portal around to different areas, to avoid spending forever wandering around the bigger maps.
New Tutorial
A new tutorial section is here to ease new players into the game (rather than sparta kicking them off a cliff into PVP hell).
New Boss – Ikomikidomoe
This massive Hollow has a chance to spawn every 3 hours in Hueco Mundo. It has a bunch of rewards for players able to defeat it, and some exclusive goodies specifically for Arrancar who clean up their patch by facing Hueco Mundo’s biggest monster.
Clan Wars
Clan Wars has been changed, reverting back to its original format, seemingly by popular demand.
New Elements
The update dropped several new powers… well, some appear to have come back from earlier versions, but you’ll find them in circulation again.
