Fight the boss and unlock the new Verse Piece race! After obtaining the Sword of Light Recipe, you need Light Ores – find out how to obtain them with our Verse Piece Light Ores guide.

Verse Piece Fallen Angel

Whether you’re here for the boss or the race, this guide goes over everything you need to know regarding the Fallen Angel in Verse Piece.

Fallen Angel Boss

If you’re battling against the Fallen Angel boss, there’s a high chance you’re trying to farm for the Sword of Light Recipe item. What is it for, you ask? Well, if you want the Cha Hae In sword, you need this recipe, as well as 5 Light Ores, 50 Wood, 100 Iron, and 7.5K Gems.

The Sword of Light Recipe item is a Mythical rarity drop, so there is no guarantee you will get it upon the Fallen Angel’s first defeat. This recipe has no other use bar being part of the requirements to unlock the Cha Hae In sword from the Cha Hae In Teacher NPC.

The Fallen Angel boss has a 20% chance to spawn every 5 minutes at the Dungeon Cave. With it having a total of 10 million HP, I recommend battling against this enemy with a few other players, unless your character is strong enough to evade and whittle down that much HP solo!

How to Unlock the Fallen Angel Race

The Fallen Angel race is obtained via a specific quest, which I go over in more detail down below! As a Fallen Angel, you unlock:

  • A 2.75 DMG Multiplier
  • The Smite passive ability
    • Whenever you deal DMG to an enemy, you have a chance to summon a Sword of Smite that drops on your target, dealing AoE DMG (scales off of your Spec Stat) to all nearby enemies, which also stuns them for a short while
  • Animated angel wings

Fallen Angel Quest

The Fallen Angel quest requires you to defeat the Fallen Angel Boss a total of 10 times. Look for the Fallen Angel Quest Giver NPC, who is semi-transparent with holy light glowing around them, angel wings, and a halo.

You cannot pick this quest up if your player level is not at least 5,000! All players who are at level 5,000 and above are able to unlock and complete this quest. Upon completion, you unlock the Fallen Angel race!
