Verse Piece Wisps

Spotted the glowing floating orbs? That’s a Wisp! All Wisps start at level 1, but you can increase their level by taking part in battles whilst having one equipped.

How to Get Wisps

The only way to get Wisps for yourself is by finding them whilst exploring. There is no guarantee of where the next Wisp will spawn, but there are set locations, making hunting them down a little easier.

Wisps have a 10% chance to spawn every 60 seconds, making them fairly common. However, you need to find it before another player on the server does, otherwise it despawns.

When a Wisp spawns, a message appears in the server chatbox that reads “??? has spawned somewhere!”. Make sure to keep an eye on the chat whilst you’re playing!

Known Wisp Locations

  • Starter Island
  • Frost Town
    • Close by to the mobs
  • Shell Island
    • Usually appear by trees or small hills
  • Arcade Isle
    • They tend to spawn near the trees, but this is a small island, so make sure to zoom the camera out when searching!
  • Lost Isle
    • With this island being small, it’s easy to spot a Wisp
  • Karakura Town
    • On top of the buildings
  • Desert Town
    • They spawn nearby to palm trees
  • Blacksmith Island
    • On top of the main building

Wisp Types

What does each Wisp do? Once you have an equipped Wisp, you must use a Wisp Removal Potion if you want to swap it out for another. To get a Wisp Removal Potion, you must fish or get lucky when opening chests.

  • Standard Wisp
    • If your HP is below 100%, the Wisp replenishes some of your HP, scaling off of your Maximum HP stat
  • Lucky Wisp
    • The Lucky Wisp increases your Luck by 5% and doubles the amount of loot you catch whilst fishing
  • Eternal Wisp
    • If your HP is below 100%, this Wisp allows you to freeze all nearby enemies
    • The amount of Freeze damage you deal scales off of your Special stat
