The dev team just unveiled the Moonless Night content for Anime Vanguards. A bunch of new units, and a new game mode that promises to do things very differently from the heaps of other anime tower defence games on Roblox. There’s a lot to get excited about it you’re a player, and a lot for us to go over, so without further ado, it’s time to list off what’s new in Anime Vanguards update 11.5.

What’s New In The Anime Vanguards Update 11.5

We’ve split the content up into three broad sections.

Content

This covers new content added with the 11.5 Moonless Night update. New units, stages, traits… the most important things in the update are all here.

New Units

  • Savior
    • Available though Evolution Quest.
  • Diablo
    • Available by Dungeon Drop.
  • Deceiver
    • Available by Dungeon Drop.
  • Teacher
    • Available through Wordlines.

Level Editor

This new feature lets you create your own custom levels and let other players try them out.

New Unit Memorias

Four new unit Memorias arrived.

Vanguard Memoria
  • The True Saviour – Available by Evolution Quest.

Secret Memoria

  • Ultimate Deceiver – Available through Dungeon Shop.
  • Death, Resurrected – Available through Dungeon Shop.
  • Bond Of Master And Disciple – Available through Worldlines.

New Dungeon

  • Underworld
    Battle against Diablo in a blasted landscape of towers and ruins. Earn Hollow Tokens for the Dungeon Shop, and maybe get a Diablo unit for yourself.

Dungeon Shop

Redeem Hollow Tokens for new units, memoria, evolution items, and rerolls.

Worldlines Reset

Worldlines progress has been resent. Company Captain is now unobtainable. Teacher (Final Stand) is the new reward.

Events

New Special, Recurring, and Permanent events.

  • Why is this Update 11.5? Why not Update 12?
    • Anime Vanguards tends to have half-updates in their schedule, these tend to have a meaningful amount of content to them, but less that a full version release. They’re often a bit more specialized in terms of the content they offer.
  • What franchise is the focus this update?
    • Bleach is getting the spotlight this time around.
  • When is Update 12?
    • The Anime Vanguards devs release new content pretty regularly, but I wouldn’t expect anything too quickly. Update 11 was the end of February and we got 11.5 near the end of March, so we’re expecting around the end of April.
  • What will be in Update 12?
    • That is a mystery so far. If we find out, you’ll be the first to know.
