Disregarding general aesthetics, this guide covers what’s the best Prismatic in Grow a Garden, focusing solely on hard profits! If you want to earn trillions and flex on other players with your rare plants in the process, this is the guide for you.

What Defines The Best

I’ll determine the best seed during comparisons based on a few factors:

  • Average base value – Its base value at average weight with no mutations must be higher than other Prismatic seeds.
  • Multi-harvest – The crop should be a repeatable harvest, so that it has better longevity for profits.
  • Multi-bearing – The crops should bear several fruits per plant, growing profits in quantity and quality.
  • Easy to earn back the initial spending price – How easy it is to earn back its seed price, to then generate profits.

What’s The Best Prismatic in Grow a Garden?

Currently, I believe the best Prismatic in Grow a Garden to be either the Elephant Ears or the Giant Pinecone. Here’s why:

Elephant Ears

Elephant Ears have a higher average base value than the Giant Pinecone, coming in at 70,000. However, this flower creates fewer harvestable petals per crop. This means in the long run, greater value doesn’t equate to higher profits. However, it is multi-harvest, multi-bearing, and immediately pays itself off since it’s only obtainable via the Summer Seed Pack with a 0.5% pull rate.

Giant Pinecone

Giant Pinecone seeds have a 0.25% restock chance in the seed shop every 5 minutes. The initial seed costs a massive 55,000,000 to buy, making it the most expensive Prismatic Seed to buy. However, it ticks most of the boxes that define the best.

This plant has a high average base value, with a typical Pinecone selling for 65,000. This is lower than the average value of the Burning Bud, which sells for 70,000; however, the Burning Bud is a single-bearing crop, unlike the Giant Pinecone.

The Giant Pinecone both produces decently sized crops, several of them per plant, and is multi-harvestable. You’d need to sell around ~846 Giant Pinecones to begin entering profitable territory, but with the aid of mutations and a little bit of time, this plant very quickly pays itself off and then some.

Which To Choose?

If you want a definitive best, I’d recommend the Giant Pinecone. However, if you can get both, have both! After all, your garden should be more than large enough to support both crops.
